Mountain Forge Escape is a firm favorite of ours. We usually stay in our caravan there but my brother booked the large dome & my cousin booked the white dome. This video does no justice to the domes in reality. Really top notch & confortable. Lovely to sit around the fire pit roasting marshmallows with the kids & having a few beers. Conor & Ber are sound. Real West Cork chilled vibes on site!

Stayed there few weeks ago, magic place, staff so freindly. Owner Conor drop me & my wife down to the local pub and collected us, best camping site in Ireland, we'll be back. Tommy & Nora Kildare 😊

We use the "Camping Car Park" aires regularly. They have a "Camping de mon Village" section which tend to be more like a campsite with facilities. The app allows you to book ahead to the next aire in the group, very good for out of the way spots, well run & clean, they seem to have taken over a lot of the old municipal sites & have upgraded them.Not pricey. Recommended!

Hi Aaron enjoyed the video. just a small bit of info for you, there is a large good camping site in Nantes just off the roundabout, Just outside Roscoff in Saint Paul de Leon there are two camping sites about twenty minutes drive from the Ferryport also there is a large Aires there. in case you dont know you are allowed 90ltrs of wine per person. July is not a good time to be going to France as the French celebrate Bastille Day in a big way.and they all go on holidays for the entire month. Enjoy and have a great time

Did you know that you could stay on that site in May, June and September for 26 euro per night using the ACSI card? Another tip worth remembering, if you use toll roads, is to register with Bip and Go. No need to be messing about with cash or credit card and you drive through the automatic lane with the electronic device valid on all motorways in France, Spain, Portugal and Italy.

24 Euro a night with ACSI card great camp site love the bins in the park for the young people to put their bottles in which they do and the bus into Rennes from the end of the road

€84 squid is pretty heavy duty for what's on offer and I doubt I'd get my rig in there. Secondly, I don't understand loading on top for the woofter. That's taking the piss.

Aaron I think there are some camping sites in Normandy that are changing over to statics and chalets, There was a beautiful Camping site in Grand Camp Maisy right on the beach, I stayed there a few times as it was on the road to the Normandy Beaches and very close to Pont du Hoc, the last time I was there there were only a few camping pitches left all the others were taken over for statics. Love your vlogs about France, by the way you should try the Normandy Salad, there is eating and drinking in it. Happy camping enjoy

Aaron If you are looking for an alternative next year in the area I can recommend Camping Haliotis. It is only 21e per night including a dog with the Acsi card. It’s a bit further from the Mont about a half hour cycle. Right in town with supermarkets etc. In relation to statics I was speaking to a campsite owner last year and he was saying that there is much more money in renting statics and he was gradually getting rid of his touring pitches. Shame really. Enjoy the hols.

I love this campsite and will go there again for sure next year, when I plan to come back to Ireland for the 8th time😊

We have been coming to Keel for years. Lisa and Michael have made some lovely changes. Great hosts. It's our all time favourite campsite. The energy and vibe in Achill is so refreshing. The site is as Lisa said right in the beach and all the amenities you need on your doorstep. For sure the moonlight is very special there, as are the sunsets. Great interview Lisa. See ye soon!
